Find out where your local Trafico office is, go there and ask. Shouldn't be too difficult if you have bags of patience. I did it in Malaga a few years back without too much hassle. Make sure you have plenty photocopies of anything that may be relevant, and a pen for form filling. A flask of coffee may be useful too.

Good Luck

Not to mention a bucketload of patience - I mentioned it to a brief a couple of months back - apparently most of the Spanish dont bother changing address - just leave it on the old one - when I asked him about it the response was "why do you want to bother"

You're right Smiley (oh God here we go again!), if you are only moving locally or within the same province it's probably not worth bothering. I moved from Mallorca to Andalucia, which was like moving abroad, so felt it best to change details at that time. I've since moved again, locally, and did not change the address on my licence or residencia. Simply not worth the hassle.
