Childminding jobs

Can anyone give me an idea of what sort of hourly rate a childminder would get in the Fuengirola/Costa Del Sol area. Is there any demand for this sort of work there. A friend of mine is a registered childminder here in the UK and is looking at the option of moving to Fuengirola.

Between 5 and 10 Euros an hour for a Brit - unofficial. There is a new formal childminding/nursery type place in Fuengirola aimed at ex pats (or is it Benalmadena but thats almost next door anyway) that opened about 18 months ago. Spanish regs are different to UK regs. See if I can find out more info about the place mentioned above.

I´ve no contact details but remember hearing the ads on Global FM last year and the place Smiley is talking about is called Costa Kindercare, near the mosque. Hope the info helps!
