Moving to Estapona March any advise on Renting , jobs and area in general ??

I live in Marbella - not far from estepona. For a 2 bed apartment you would look at paying 7-800 euros per month plus bills (elec and water) Normally 1 or 2 months payment up front and dont be caught out with paying a finders fee to agents unless the property is really good and you love it! Most agents now dont charge this fee. There are jobs for hardworking people prepared to get thier hands dirty. Weather is nice at the moment sunny through the day but cold at nights.
