01 Feb 2008 5:25 PM Sonia El Ático I'm in London / Carvajal, Fuengirola I've made 186 posts Send private message to Sonia El	We also love the programme (all the relocation ones actually) but are getting quite cynical about whether most of the people ever have any intention of buying or are just looking to be on the 'tele'. I know some do put in offers etc but as you say there are no return programmes. I'd forgotten that Greek one with the window. Also that dreadful man in France who didn't seem to have any money but was buying with his friend who did. There was a whole series on them. He was camping and his friend was staying in a hotel. We just love these people who want to open restaurants or hotels but have never worked in a service industry, don't speak the language and think it's going to be all rose tinted spectacles. 'We want to spend more time together' - Yes getting exhausted trying to make ends meet. Loved the young family who went to Italy , they really worked hard. Spam post? But have you considered looking at people who invest in properties in the UAE? Maybe people who have never even visited the UAE, have no idea of the infrastructure, legislation, etc., but still sink their money here? Might be worth considering. Unless, of course, your programme only covers Spain and not any other "home in the sun place"!! I had forgotten about the couple in Italy they worked so hard and he was coming back to England to earn money as well. They lived in such alwful conditions to start with as well with the little boy. But they seem to have made it in the programme so I hope they did especially as they had another baby. So I hope it worked out well for them they deserved it. Pat _______________________ Spam post? I did have the details of the website for the couple in Italy but doubt I'd be able to find it at the moment. I preferred the longer programmes, what about the one in Spain where they were rebuilding the bakery? The narrow streets and the damage that the bulldozer did to the neighbours property.
