I was under the impression from others, including a builder, that it is illegal to do building work on Sundays, Bank holidays and in August.I asked someone who is a spokesperson for the council on behalf of English people , and she said you can work on any day of the year.That surprised me!
Has anyone else been told different, or have experiences of any regulations in this area?
After suffering the ongoing angle grinding, hammer drilling, dust ,noise, continually, for YEARS, while attempting to enjoy the weather, sitting on my terrace, I hope the spokesperson is wrong!
