It was great to meet you in Hellín last week.  Great news that your Bank Guarantee was executed by Costa Luz Lawyers and that you now have the first part of your deposit back.

It has been a marathon effort but lets hope we receive a favourable verdict from the Judge in the next few weeks which would result in the return of the second part of your deposit.
