Deposit refunded on El Patio - miracle by Costaluz Lawyers

Finally, a day I thought I might never see. Maria and her fantastic team have won our case and our deposit on El Patio and our costs have been refunded and the money's in the bank.

We changed to Costaluz Lawyers after things on El Patio went very wrong and our previous lawyer insisted nothing could be done. Well, we followed Maria’s advice and she was absolutely correct.

Bloody hell Suziew,

Not only have you got your money back but all the costs as well.    It gets better and better.  You can now sit back and relax as your nightmare is finally over.

And now.... a well priced property in Spain ?

But not Off-Plan!!

And only with a very good conveyancing Lawyer for a well priced resale property on a completed urbanisation with full title deeds, no debts, first occupation licence issued, well looked after complex, good president and where everybody pays their community fees!!

Do things in Spain as you would do in the UK.  Learn from past mistakes and remember if it is too good to be true.....then walk away and look at a different property.

Then you can have a great holiday home or permanent residence!

Spain has a lot to offer - but always remember 'Buyer Beware'.
