La Herencia de Casares

Hi,

We have just paid our 2nd ,10% deposit on a penthouse in La Herencia de Casares and would like to chat to anyone else in the same position. We hope to move in October 2008 from Hengelo, The Netherlands where we have lived since 1976. We will be permanent residents and would like to know if there are other buyers planning to live permanently in their apartments?
