Hi we are new to this site and have recently purchased an apartment in Las Marquesas phase 4 and would like to get in contact with anybody who has also puchased a property here. We would also like to know a bit about the area, bars, restaurants and shopping etc.

Hi Nev and Christine,
Are you aware that there is also a Las Marquesas forum? it gives tons of information it's www.lasmarquesas.com.uk i believe, try it and register, you will find al kind of information.
I look at it every day because I too am very eager to learn more from Jacarilla and especially from Las Marquesas. The pool looks very strange.
Which floor and what number have you purchased? When will you be there?

Hi, we have also purchased an apartment in Marquesas IV, disapointed that it will not be ready until next year, but waiting for completion date. We are on third floor. We intend going out over xmas to have a look at the progress. Did you get any information regarding bars, restaurants etc.? best regards, Janet & Ken Bennett
