It's all new to me

Never done anything like this before. We have bought a house in Pilar de la Horadada, Costa Blanca and love it. Just put the details on the site for holiday rentals and am now sat waiting for the phone to ring with a flood of bookings. Would love to move over there but would need to get jobs, anyone any info?
