Hi does any one no i have an apt in block 8 c apt ground floor what car park space would i have just somethink oaklands have not told me and i did not think to ask.I felt i needed to fine out since reading this web site,and all the posts in some bays are putting me off using a car in spain.thank you irene montague.

thanks the lawers told me today the car park number is 15 .but today i was told i am apt D not C with the large round balcony so i am up the wall now.Last week i asked justin to comfirm that my air con was in and with the help of every one on the forum i was told there was no air con in.I only whent with this at this cost thinking this was what i wanted anyway thanks irene/peter

Hi Irene / Peter,
Originally what is now apartment D (on the garden & I assume ground floor levels) was called apartment C. This is because orginally when the developers 1st started selling off plan prior to obtaining the building license they were going to build 6 apartments per floor but they did not get permission to do this and had to cut down on the number of apartments per floor hence apartment C is now D. I hope this clears up the confusion.

Hi Westport,
We purchased our apartment in March 2003 when it was apartment D as stated in our reservation invoice then in September 2003 we received notification through our solicitors from Viva and the developers informing us of the change in apartment letters from D to C due to planning / building license requirements. I would assume this is the same for all blocks but maybe not necessarily so.
