Phase II, Block 1 views

We've just returned from Spain and while we were there we had a good look around the phase II site and we were very surprised on the progress. 

We have purchased in block 1, phase II and were slightly concerned that the view had been completely obstructed by the start of phase 3 but this is not the case. Block 1 has been raised to a higher level and the building in phase 3 has been excuavated down to a lower level. The ground level apartments in block 1phase II are roughly the same height as the third level in phase III and obviously the higher you go the better the view.

The developers have tried to keep the views by re designing the roof on phase III, every balcony in block 1 has sea views to the right and mountain views to the left so giving you the best of both worlds. I'm not trying to stick up for the developers here but i do believe we will have a nice development in a few months time.

Hi to Lars & Ann, we're very happy with the view from our balcony on Planta Baja and your on the floor above us which will make your views even better so hopefully this puts your mind at rest.

I'm very pleased to read your note, and we are looking forward to see it our self when we are visiting the site the 10th of April. We have all the time hoped that our view would bee both See and Mountains and from what you have seen it sounds promising.

I'm looking forward to see you if/when we are staying there at the same time :o)
