Manzanares golf course

Hi all,
I was looking and looking for a neat "introduce-yourself-here-thread" but didn't find one (didn't look hard enough perhaps)so it had to be a new thread... Anyway, here goes:

We, that is Christian and my fiancée Samira,are waiting for our apartment which is on ground floor in block 5. We discovered this wonderful web site and just wanted to introduce ourselves for the rest of our future neighbours!

We currently live in windy Gothenburg, Sweden, and are planning to go to Spain when the property is finished, so hopefully in 6 weeks or so, for a couple of days. Then we will hopefully have a wonderful vacation in July/August!

We have been reading a bit about the different topics on the site, for instance the snag report thread and such. We are very much interested in joining up for the various check-ups, eg. snag report,  and other communal issues that might arise. We also agree with you all that a strong community here will definetly give us a better chance of molding Don Juan to the community we all want it to be!

Welcome to the message board, we also are in block 5 ground floor in the middle to the left, when looking in from the sea.

So it looks like we will be neighbours. Just to introduce ourselves I am Lorraine and my husband is Eoin and we live in Wicklow Ireland I also notice the is Gay and J.B fom Ireland also, small world.

We also hope to go out on completion and furnish the appartment, and then go there in Aug for a holiday.

Yes look like we are going to be neighbours, we have the apartment to your right looking in from the sea. Internet is amazing... you can meet your neighbours before even getting the keys to the apartmnet :) Looking forward to seeing you in summer. We will be there for 6 weeks from mid July to the end of Agust.
