Atlas international did the same in Turkey

 yes they did the same in Turkey selling properties from bankrupt builders and knowing that they will never complete the developments.

There are many Atlas clients who has bought villas in akbuk which   should have been completed a year ago where Atlas international and iberian international clients have already payed 80% to Atlas and don't know what to do now
