It does not matter which one I want,  I JUST WANT ONE THAT I AM ABLE TO TRUST AND WHO WILL REPRESENT ME AND NOT A THIRD PARTY ,

Sorry about the upper case and ( shouting ) but that is what my situation has drove me to do ,This is not a sob story just a cry for justice.

To change solicitors in the middle of a purchase , Do you have to pay out right the first solicitor , so in other words Have you got two (2) big bills instead of one (!).

What happens about the NIE, and all the other legal papers that were arranged by the 1st solicitor, Do you have to pay all over again.

Is it possible for some one to give/send me information on these matters,

The rules of the Law Society for the change of solicitors say that  if the new one is taking the same case that was being dealt with by he former one, the new one will have to help his colleague to receive the fees that are owed to them, according to the budget set by lawyer-client at the beginning of the purchase process.

NIE can just be used by the new solicitor but a new POA for his/her representation  will be needed.
