I have just been looking at your ROJALES , CIUDAD QUESADA SITE and wanted to look at the updated map when i noticed that it is not of CIUDAD QUESADA , ROJALES . but of quesada near MURCIA. Is it possible for you to correct the mistake.

We have  been with this site for about 3 years now ready for when My Wife and I come to spain ! .We are still in the UK Because the solicitor acting for us in a new build did not give us proper representation in 2008 ,     We did not find out about the legal problem until cc, april this year 2010. We aim to lose about € 90,000 , deposit , the house was rushed to be finished in 2008 to cover up the fault. the builder denies the fault and wants the rest of his money .  Have the spanish heard of the  "QUEENSBERRY RULES " i would like to be in the ring with the builder  ,We are slowly loosing all trust and faith with the Spanish system , Though i must state we are in touch with someone on this site that are giving My Wife and I HOPE.

We feel sorry for any body going through similar problems with Spanish properties , My Wife and I know what ANGUISH you are going through.

I appreciate what you say and hope that things goes well and you get what you are owed,

But its one thing that the spanish are getting money out of the English , but when English people living in spain are conning other english people out of well earned money when trying to make a better life in spain then I think its a bit below the belt.

I dont  think that they realise that one day the conned will be in spain face to face with the conners then lets see what they have to say.

Justin,  could you please let me know when those that have paid for spain uncut  before it was cancelled will they  be getting their money refunded or the choice that you offered 6 weeks ago. I have not  money back or the offer has of yet, would there be any interest involved!!!!!.
