El Gnomo Feliz 2 - Vera Playazo - near the newish Mercadona

This bar restaurant will be open from Tomorrow Sunday 29th March, 4pm.  after tomorrow it will be open from 7.30am to 12 midnight with the kitchen closing at 11pm.  There is a good variety of food including a toastie menu and a childrens menu, with meat and fish all featuring on the main menu.  the prices are reasonable.  there is an area with a pool table in, an area with computers for internet access and then the bar area and the main restaurant area.  outside there is a childrens play area. 

It is up just past  the new Mercadona on the small roundabout  by some of the Al Andalus sites, Coto de Vera , lomas etc.

The restaurant opened on schedule, the food and drink were all free and served buffet style and the normal menu will be available from tomorrow.  I have been told firsthand the evening was a resounding success, the chefs are excellent and the food delicious.  Throughout the afternoon and evening there was a good mixture of Spanish and English.. I myself had some cold kebabs (bought home for me) and the meat and vegatables were so tasty I could have eaten more.  I will definatly be eating there in the future.
