Shared bank account

Hello everyone

I share a bank account in spain with my partner he died 3 1/2 years ago his children are his executors he only made an English will and they won't complete everything as they don't want to pay me my inheritance.  The hold up is supposed to be applying for probate in spain but they  haven't done it and have  not notified the authorities in spain of his death.

 Hence another problem as I share a bank account with their father I still have to pay his bank charges and his non residency taxes they know this but refuse to do anything to complete the process they also refuse to pay any costs that belong to their father knowing I have to continue to pay them I can't take him off the account only they can do that.

The Villa we own is also shared by my son in law we each own 1/3 so until they actually do something we are both left in limbo having to share these costs between us and unable to do anything about it as they refuse to reply to us or the solicitor 

Your suggestions will be appreciated

I know this has been a long running thing but I have had different solicitors and they just won't reply to anyone my Solicitor in Spain has been trying to contact them  all year they don't reply to her either it seems they can do what they like anyway thanks for your imput
