I have a plot of land in andalucia, Granada campo, with ruins, water and electric.  Got planning permission and architect drawings done about 10 years ago.  Cost a fair bit.   Due to circumstances never got around to building.   I presume it's now lapsed.   Question is would it be possible and would I need to start from scratch to reinstate it.  Would I be able to build now.    Is it difficult and costly.  Thanking you
