Vista Hermosa Pramanga Court Ruling

I have just had an email from Law Birds stating that the court case which involves at least 10 other purchasers who had contracts with Promanga for appartments at Vista Hermosa has been found in the builders favour. To lodge an appeal will entail lodging another 2,208 euros each but the alternative is that we will be required by the builder to pay the court cost and the full appartment cost. Do any of the other couples involved in this have any more information?
