Foreign Office to complain to Madrid after Gibraltar motorists endure five hour delays

The longest delay in the year till now .Yes there was a five hour delay on the Spainish border with Gibraltar the delay was long and the people who wanted to travel here had tough time ,though foreign. office claims to launch a complain but I do not think any actions are yet taken
