Adsense help me set it up !

Hi Guys, Thanks to the amazing tec guys, I am now blogging ! But when I go to set up an Adsense account it tells me that I can't have an address that leads somewhere ! The question is do I need to set up a new website, not linked to Eye on Spain or anywhere else, then link Adsense on my blogs ? Sorry I will get better at all this sort of stuff !
