Is anyone else out there having trouble contacting anyone in Cocoon Telecom/Arrakis? - have been with them for about a year (had a few problems previously) but have just had my bank account debited with 3 times the usual monthly charge - I haven't received an invoice, and despite trying various phone number for the billing department, customer service etc I can't get through to anybody.

I had awful problems with cocoon. signed up fpr broadband. never had even 1 day of service. i eventually stopped my payments after 10 months. they threatened me with proceedings but i threatened them back. They are fraudsters and cheats
