 Hi Everyone

I am sure you will all be aware but I have been told that our water supply will be cut off at the end of this month.To avoid this I have had to pay Paco 100 Euros for him to provide a boletin for Galasa.I have then been asked to pay approx 1000 Euros to Galasa by way of direct debit.The majority of this payment is to cover money that Paco owes to Galasa.

I hate doing this but have no choice if we want water for our holiday next month.Paco is now in voluntary administration so hopefully I will be able to deduct the additional monies paid from our Final Account with Paco.For anybody who has paid all of their money to Paco you may have a problem.

No doubt the next bill will be to prevent the electricity being cut off.................................

I expect us to have first licence of occupation following the streetlights being connected by February 2012 or maybe June...............

Hi all

 

We have a property on El Saltador.We have recently paid a further sum of our retention to Paco's Architect to facilitate the issue of First Licence.I am told that FLO's will be issued following final connection of tyhe streetlights - supposedly imminent.

Has any body else heard anything further on this.We will be out next week 21st Dec
