How do I find my old posts? and why do I not get email notifications?

I have spent ages trying to find my posts both questions and replies but there does not seem to be a button anywhere that says 'my posts' or something similar.

Also I always click the 'send email' for replies but never get any notification even though I have received replies.

Can anybody point  me in the right direction please?

If you click on 'My Account' top right hand corner of page

This takes you to your profile page - scroll down and click on 'My Stuff' then 'My Privatel Messages' - you should then have all your communicae listed.

Tanks for the reply. I tried this but only got a list of previous private messages (of which I don't have any!). So I then tried 'My profile' instead of 'My account' which does have my lists of old posts to threads.

I still don't know why I don't receive notifications of replies as I always check this box. I've double checked the email address and it is correct.  However I have now re-entered it  and will try again - will keep you posted (pun intended) if this was what was needed.
