Hi

Visited Spain back in April for 28 days and got an online quote off Solmar for e563 (including extra driver and get half bring back half fuel).

When I checked my credit card and booking form afterwards, they had charged me e680.98.
 

I have contacted theit office in Alicante airport who said to contact head office.

7 emails since and they are still ignoring me!!

Any ideas what I can do here if anything??

I cannot believe the ignorance of these people to completely ignore me so I will go away

Its probably additional damage waiver insurance.

No don't think so. I actually paid the extra e60 for that included in the price.

 Contact your Credit Card Issuer and say that you wish to rase a Dispute under the Chargebacks procedure.
