Long Term Rental - Quesada - Los Montesinos - El Raso

We are thinking of relocating from Eastern Costa Del Sol after five years to the above areas or similar as we would like to be in a more ex pat community but still have a spanish feel.  We would be looking for 3 bed 2 bath preferably detached or semi a pool would be nice - there are only two of us with occasional visitors so your rental would be kept to a high standard and looked after properly -  we have first hand knowledge of  renting out a property and always treat as we would our own..  We would not want to be on an elevated position as we both enjoy cycling and walking and want to be not too far from restaurants and bars local ones to be in walking distance. We are looking to have another look around the area in the next week or so so if anyone out there has something that might suit we would be interested in the details.
