Surgery in Spain

Hi All

I have a apartment near La Cala and was thinking of having a gastric band fitted in hospital in Marbella its a lot cheaper than England around £2000.00 .Any one had any simalar Surgery carried out, I was wondering what the the after care ect was like.

Im not living here so am a bit concerned about any problems. 

Any one with any thoughts would be gratefull

From people who have had medical problems in Spain they say its far better than the UK. I have had dental work done and it is far better than the dental work in the UK . The waiting times here are counted in days rather than months.I say this from personal experience
