We are several park homes on land owned by a spanish family and very foolishly handed over our money for our homes what was supposed to be a Private Residential Site for the over 50's.  5 years ago we found out that they never had the legal permission for residentail and they have been trying toget this land made legal by applying for it to be a tourist site!!!  It is still illegal. So, we cannot sell our homes, we are stuck!  We pay a yearly maintenance charge to them, have asked for breakdowns but they say they cannot provide.  One issue can anyone advise re the electricity.  Our electric supply comes from their house (we do have meters) and we pay quarterly to the family.  Is this a legal way to receive electric.

Thanks
