Obver the last few weeks we have had a lot of rain and we have found a number of properties with minor water ingress, normally in the corners of hight ceilings and evident by small damp patches on walls and celings. To see this you need a good light, ideally LED type, and to look carefully around windows and doors
One problem if yoy have dropped ceilings as in the Serrana and Rodenda is that the fropped celings designed for down lighters and build from hard concrete type material so it is difficult to cut the holes and easy to crack the surface, not a DIY job
