I am aware of 2 people, plus one that is happening on Monday, that have completed on Romero villas on phase 24
The developer does not seem to be applying any pressure to complete, in fact they are aware of the implecations of not having a Certificate of Habitation, they are providing builders supply electricity and water for people that want to use the properties, the only iyem missing seems to be gas
Please be carefull when using items on builders supply
The snagging is being done very quickly and we are going to site today to check 2 properties that we checked last week, and one new inspection, all on phase 24 so today we will see how good the repairs are carried out
The main issue seems to be that the kitchens on the last 2 have not been complete either with white goods missing or the sink plumbing not fitted
This builder howevevr seems VERY responsive to its customers and so far so good
