What's puerto banus llike?

I have been given a completion date (7th august) and decided to book my flights and hotels etc.
I see that many of you are staying in Mazarron as it's close to the apartments,but as I have to be at the notary and at PW hq at 9.30am on 2 days, I've decided on Torre Pacheco itself.
There is a 4 star just on the road in called Barcelo Torre Pacheco and have got it for a reasonable 40e pppn. 
An alternative is hotels in Los Alcazares which is only 10k away.
Most people probably have there own ideas but just for info anyway.

We have decided to stay in Los Alcazares- its reasonably close and a nice town to visit with the beach and shops. We expect to be there four days around the completion but if the date gets changed we'll snag and enjoy Los Alcazares.
