I realise this is not going to be a popular thread to create, and Im not wishing to be negative. However, have any phase 3B or 4 buyers looked into or succesfully pulled out. We have not made this decision, but are trying to clarify our legal position. I stupidly used the lawyer recommended by our agent and they are less than useless(lesson learnt!)

My information is that if Roda dont complete within 18 mths of being granted the building lic, that the bank guarantee can then be invoked and deposit refunded. But Im trying to get this clarified. Even if we can, there is a good chance we will still go ahead. But I guess ive the same positive and negative emotions as everyone  towards this whole project. 

If people prefer to PM any response, thats fine. I dont want to create a long negative thread.

You are absolutely right, you will be able to invoke you legal rights under Spanish Law!!

If you go to the Corvera Golf and Country Club forum on this website you will see that this subject has been covered quite extensively. You will also see that Calidona are now trying to 'cajole' buyers into not invoking the law by offering a 'Promotional Card' to the value of 3.000 euros, an offer l might add l have no intention of taking up.

By reading both forums you will see that the Corvera buyers are a lot more wary of the developers actions, mainly due to them reading the postings made by you guys at Roda.
