Hi iam in the same boat as you cant get any word from roda when i email they dont reply,but my parents are just back from roda and they were in with "customer services" and what they were told has left us none the wiser ,same story waiting on permit from town hall when they get it they will start straight away and completion will be 18 months from then ,so dont plan having summer hols in our phase 4 apartments anytime soon
