We're about to complete on our villa on phase 3 B - at last! - and need to come out to see the solicitor etc on 29th October.  If anyone has an available apartment please let me know.

Hi All,

We have now placed the order with Roda.  They did e-mail to say that as a villa owner we are not allowed to use the community pools and if we didn't install our own we wouldn't have use of a pool at all.  This has never been mentioned before.  I have asked the question what else we are excluded from but  they have ignored me to date.

We received an e-mail this week saying that estimated completion is due Nov/Dec 2008.  I'm optimistic that we may complete by the spring!

Hopefully we will be completeing on our villa on Phase 3B Dec/Jan and have been told we need to order the pool by 30th July.  Does anyone have any recent prices, Roda haven't come up with the options yet.

Hi Ray,

I have read in previous threads that the date of the issuing of the licence can be ignored if the foundations were laid prior.  If the date of commencement can be established you can request a refund 18 months from that date.  Also our contract states Phase 3, there is no mention of 3B.  Does yours?
