I feel sick too, we need to act urgently and take this seriously guys, I think Mazinger wants us to add to their list especiallyif you have a good lawyer. They also want us to email each in private so that they dont get wind of what is going on!

I think I will phone that solicitor tomorrow, the one who spamming. I have her detailsl if anyone wants it. Just PM me

You do not have to believe me or phone my solicitor if you do not want to. I was just trying to help. As you say, you are adults, so you can take your way.

I do not understand why you are saying these things to me. I just can imagine a reason: that some of the people involved here, in this forum, is linked with TH.

I am waiting to hear back from my Spanish Solicitor at the moment when she does I will let you all know. but for your information there are some tough times in Spain at the moment and the fact that GROUPOTRAMPOLIN has shut some offices is not surprising as 99% of their properties are SOLD. Also there were 2 large building firms went down recently and the market is uneasy, although I am not looking at our situation through rose tinted glasses  I do not feel that this is the moment to abandon all hope, I am concerned of course but I cannot see how Campos Del Rio can really do with out us.

hi everyone, i have just recieved an email from my estate agent saying that she would travel 90 km to meet me on tuesday the 20th. this is to pick tiles etc, would she really arrange this if the company was going bang?. please remember this scaremongering is is what causes petrol shortages, northern rock collapses etc!!!

There seems to be a lot of scaremongering re Trampolin Hills financial state. I guess there are quite a few builders having problems just now, but surely with the amount of properties sold at Campos del Rio, and with the deposits that are being held, earning interest for the Company, the only losers are those purchasers!!! They could have had this money, in the bank, earning themselves interest!!!   With regards to getting your money back!!!We have been looking to have our deposit returned and spoke to Pilar Cano [Lawyer?? to Trampolin Hills] on the telephone where she said we had three options, one being a return of deposit. We finally got a signed statement from her,  quoting the 3 options,but when our Lawyer spoke to her, she said they are not returning funds!!!! !!  The time is coming when Antonio has to answer for Trampolin and not hide behind Ms Cano. Perhaps we should get a delegation together???

Just to reiterate what someone has already told us before and what I have had confirmed to me, Pilar Cano is not a solicitor.  From my recollection she does not hold the Spanish equivalent of what we have here in the UK a practicising certificate.  I think she is a senior sales person/advisor.  I could be wrong though before anyone slates me on that.  The two contacts that I was given as solicitors at TH are:

Now you may all think im barking mad but it could be worse.  Ihave an idea, we have many many people on this site of all different nationalities who have purchased properties all in good faith, with the wish to live in a democratic country and see out their lives as they have been promised, with ahome in the sun.  IF now i am barking mad, if we all get together and i mean ALL and try and contact a higher authority, im not talking Campos del Rio or Murcia we need to go higher, we need to be heard, where would we go in our own countries ?? what if our local and regional councils lets us down, what if our primeminster let us down, where else would we go. Are you keeping up? Who else is there below God that is, yes our Queen and what about in spain none other than The King Of.  Yes the KIng of Spain. there must be a way and trust me I shall find it.  Will he really want  Thousands of differnet people , from all over the world undermining his country, hey already i have the name of the spanish finance minister Pedro Soldes so its a start.  Im not barking mad im just an ordinary person whos got a dream and a. whole in my bank balance, we could at least ruffle a few feathers, so lets get talking to each other Im happy to source the names required and then pass it on.  If anyone elsehas a better idea please let us know, im sure whatever will get a lot of support

We are with you Reach High, we need to do something, we need to start pestering the Spanish government (not just local). Anything that has ever been said about the situation of Trampolin Hills (good or bad) has all been hearsay. There is no concrete evidence to back up this hearsay. Where does this information come from, Trampolin Hills  who will obviously paint a pretty picture or the clients Lawyers, but where do they get their information from, normally newspaper articles!!!  There has been so much talk about different corruptions within Trampolin Hills and both sides of the political parties, but what can you believe. Like i said no concrete evidence just hearsay either way. We need the truth!!!

well well well what an evening brings I sent an email to pilar late last night thinking she d get it this morning and hey i got a fasvourable reply LAST NIGHT<  Anyway, i have found an article in ROUND TOWN NEWS, issue 354 rather old though july 2006, heading PROMOTORS OBLIGATIONS.  tHE QUESTION WAS  is the promoter obliged to give purchasers a guarantee for the advance of money, so to cut a long paragraph short the answer was YES The spanish act 57/68 in force since july 1968 says that the monies should be paid into a SPECIAL account.  Now i know some of you have guarantees , but are still encompassing problems, but those of us that dont should take some comfort from this as it would seem and i say seem because i do not know all the law that TH  it would appear gave us contracts that were not LAW.  Unfortunately i do not know how to put this article on the site, however the solicitor who wrote this article was Juan Angel Alvarez-Gomez Gonzalez at Euro-Abogados,  , unfortunately he is no longer there.  I have spoken with them today and will send an email to try and get some more info.  If anyone knows how to contact the King of Spain im on a mission

You are right, it is a legal requirement for the developer to give you a bank guarentee when you buy off plan. However, if you hand over money without one, you are not protected. It was your choice to go ahead without one.

Similarly, a company guarentee is worthless because if the company goes under, who are you going to claim from? Your money has been spent!

A bank guarentee can only be used if a company goes bust. You can't claim your money back because of delays in the building process. Also, check it is still in date etc.

 

 

Hi everyone

I agree with Reach High if we can reach someone in a high position in the Spanish goverment and see if they can put pressure on the local politicians to expedite this situation.

Reach High, with my basic knowledge I think the person we should be aiming for would be the Deputy Prime Minister if we can get hold of him and if we can hit them with enough requests to sort this situation out it might just might happen. I am sure that TH will go ahead but if we leave it to the local politicians to keep MUCKING us about scoring points of each other then it could take many years before we can enjoy living our dream.

I am also going to contact my local MP Liam Fox (as we are in a Euorpean Union) tell him about the situation and see if he can get an EMP to get mattter raised, after all we are the innocent party here, and we do have RIGHTS.
