Please do not be bamboozled by TH!!

This is Spain, we live here, and it AIN't England!!  Spain is a law unto themselves!!!  We are very disallusioned with the Legal entity, SOME are bent, and you have to take some of what you are told with a 'pinch of salt'''  

I think , one day, the EU, will catch up with it all, and then you will see some changes!!! BIG TIIME!!! 
Trouble is, can we afford to wait, and why should we!!! TH is holding out money, probably helping to pay for the Mercedes, 4wheel drive Porches, BMW rep cars etc etc. Quite an eye-opener when you go to their offices!!

I haven't looked at this site for a while as quite frankly, have got fed up with it!! 
I have just read one part that says some clients have received their deposits back!!! Good for them!!! We have , in writing from Pilar Cano, Lawyer to TH signed by her, a statement giving 3 options!!! One to have the deposit back, another to  give TH the opportunity to sell the property on  [what property], and the last to be paid interest on the deposits from the date the contract ceased till receiving key!!
When our solicitor contacted Pilar Cano to discuss receiving deposit back, she stated they are not
giving money back!!!  No surprise!!!

Hey ho!! This is Spain and they think they are a law unto themselves.. We are seriously considering going to the European Courts!!!

Frankly, these all sounds a load of twaddle, with translation masking  the real case!!!
Our Lawyer tells us that on Friday, we should hear the next phase!!! That the Mayor HAS to cast his vote [Thursday/Friday whenever!!! ] and he probably will go with Trampolin!!!!  Lets face it, from what we understand, that if final planning doesn't go through, it will cost the local government a lot of lot of money!! I wouldn't think they can afford it!!

I have only just read this and mostly I agree with you!!
HOWEVER!!! Antonio should have the guts to speak to his clients personally, when they visit his H.O!.!! HE DOES  NOT!!! He hides behind PIlar Cano, who is probably, now getting fed up!!! Well, she was when we last went and had a meeting with her!!!
However, Trampolin Hills and Antonio, have to understand, that, when their clients have put their very hard  earned cash, UP FRONT, they want answers!! And if the answers aren't forthcoming, they want their money back!!!
We have had , byy telephone, and in writing, from Pilar Cano, herself, Lawyer to Trampolin Hills, that, if it was our choice, we could have our deposits back!!!  What a liar she is!!!  When our Lawyer telephoned her to discuss it, she said they are NOT giving money back!!!
Hey ho!!!   European Courts next we think!!

He also hides behind the skirt of his 'Lawyer' Pilar Cano!!!   Obviously doesn't  have much 'bottle'!!!!

We also understand that Ms Cano hasn't got her final 'qualifacations' from GRANADA. Maybe we should look in to that!!! After all, she is obviously on Antonios' payroll, as she has a nice little desk downstairs at Gea y Truyois.
