Hello Everyone
Just to give you an update.
We flew over to Spain on Thursday night and drove up to Altea region on Saturday morning.
Unfortunately we were not able to visit the show apartment as we were told beforehand by Ballester that this was only available Monday to Friday and we had to leave early on Monday morning to get the flight back to the UK from Valencia.
We did travel up to Altea Hills to look at the development and everything still seems to be progressing well and almost to be completed. We called into the office and they indicated that everything should be ready for the summer, although I think they mean by the end of July. The lady in the sales office thought building work would be completed by the end of May although I think that is a little optimistic. In fact the sign at the entrance to Jardines says 27 days to completion. After that the habitation licence needs to be issued by the Town Hall prior to completion. We are still hoping to use the apartment in mid July and so we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything will be ready by then.
