Hi & Happy Easter,

Let us introduce ourselves. We are Sue and Henry. We have bought a quad, no 47, Manzana 8, which we hope will be finished next summer.

Just wondered if we had any neighbours using this super site, also if anyone has any news or comments concerning likely completion dates, problems or the like for our phase.

We're hoping to come out during the school summer holidays to recce the area out a bit. Does anyone know of a cheap hotel in the area, or better still, have a room, apartment, etc, to rent out in San Cayetano during late July early August 2008?

My Husband and I have bought the plot no 44 and when I looked at the plan view I realised we are next door neighbours. We have bought this off plan property through Masa International and they think they will start building the phase 2 as of August this year. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Sue & Henry and the Milbornes,

We have bought number 46. We visited in Jan and March last year and after looking at the dregs left on Phase 1, decided to hang out until the new phase was released. So we managed to have a much better choice of property by getting in at the release of the plans, rater than compromise with what was left on phase 1.

I am glad to hear that we already have some virtual neighbours and it will be great to keep each other up to date with developments
