I have an inner quad on block 3 fully furnished with sky tv. Both gardens are fully laid out in artifical grass.  It is also fitted with air con.  We would not let it go for less than 210,000 euros. If you are interested let us know as we have an agent out there if you want to see it.

I didn't think I could sell without the LFO (Licence of First Occupation) and I was also told this will not be available until the site is completed and we are off builders electric/water. can someone confirm this... Does anyone have any news on when the main pool will be finished?

we have just returned from a visit to the site and Taray have told us that the Municipal pool and sports complex won't now be completed until 2009 or even 2010 as the council have re-prioritised their spending.  There is another Municipal pool in the village although when we had a closer look there was no sign of life there.

Is it not Tarays responsibility to build the pool and sports complex. Whats the councils spending budget got to do with it. I thought that taray built it, and then handed it over to the council after a certain amount of time.

Yes can sell a property without an LFO, it happens every day in Spain

The issue is that some banks will not give a mortgage and lawyers will normally advise that you should not complete without the LFO issued

Does anybody know that if the pool and sports complex are delayed will this affect the granting of the LFO?

Thats bad news on the sports complex and pool! My info was Taray were compelled to build it, completion end of this year for use by everyone. It a core requirement or me to have this facility and il be checking my contract. Any updates appreciated.

Seamus, my information is that the Coucil will be biulding this facility, and that work will commence November this year...I dont have a completion date. I am also informed that this facility will have no bearing on the LFO being granted.

due to the lack of progress with regard to selling our house on phase 1 we have decided to entertain the possibility of a long term let,

anybody who would like to move on site to a 3 bed  quad, furnished or unfurnished, PM me for details,

this may suit someone who has sold up in the UK awaiting completion of phase 2, you may as well rent here as there and get a feel for what your new life may hold,

unfortunately, as our first preference is to sell we are not prepared to entertain anything less than an 11 month let with rental contract which can be renewed,

sorry to the callers but as we  aim to honour the contract also we really can´t at this point entertain anything less,
