To see these photos and the progress (finally) being made is encouraging. To say we have had a bumpy ride along the way is an understatement....2 wasted journeys to the development last year, snagging review in December a joke and complete lack of communication from Regina at the Show House and Sandra at Head Office!! They have used all the excuses in the book of excuses as to why there has been no regular updates....quite laughable really.

We remain positive though and the sight of a "nearly" finished development makes it all (just!) worthwhile. We have a 3 bed apartment in phase 1.

I understand that kitchens will be fitted/completed by mid April and then contractual completion to follow by end of April with granting of licenses etc...

We have our snagger on standby and due to come out with our furniture on 13/5

We came back yesterday from our latest visit.  They have started to fit the kitchen cabinets, although the appliances and work surfaces are yet to be done.  I understand from Juan that Blocks 1 and 2 are done.  We've bought in Block 3 and our kitchen has just been started.  The appliances were all in the lounge area in their boxes waiting to be installed.

Perhaps there is light at the end of the tunnel ......................... or may be it's just that on-coming train!!!!!!!!!!!!!
