I also liked the idea of ceiling spot lights, but you may end up replacing the lamps on a frequent basis; (there are a number of ceiling lights out in the show flat).
The Lights that we have seen in Spain do appear to be quite expensive, plus there is an installation cost involved - plus they can give out quite a lot of heat.
My wife talked me out of it, and although I hate to admit it, I think that she is right.
We went out in August, and if you ask in the office they can sometimes let you onto the site to view the progress on your apartment. (High heels are not recommended though!) It was great to stand on the patio and get a real feel of what the apartment will be like, instead of relying on artist impressions.
