For information:

Item 2 states "Election of Meeting Management (President and Vice-president)". 

I asked Luis to clarify if we were electing these roles for the MEETING ONLY (as the sentence would seem to imply) and he has reverted to say we are electing for the whole year!

Everyone attending or giving out their proxy vote, please note
