Hi everyone

Can anybody clarify WHO is allowed to bring a proxy vote to the community meeting?

Does the holder of such a vote have to be an owner of a property on Thalassa, or do they merely have to be someone whom you would trust to look after your interests?

I am not against responsible individuals offering this service (ie: Noreen), but how can we be certain that an "outsider" with possibly more than a passing interest in Thalassa, can be trusted to vote with the utmost impartiality?

Community members may attend the meeting in person or by a representative, the appointee need not be a member of the community. An absent member may also delegate their vote to another member or appoint a proxy to vote for them.

I don't know that we can be sure that an outsider would vote with the utmost impartiality but on the other hand, if you are asking someone you trust to vote on your behalf, you should have trust in them to carry out your wishes & not their own.

If an "outsider" is appointed to vote then what would they stand to gain by voting against the wishes of the vote owner?
