Driving from Norwich, England to Marbella, Spain

Hi

We were told last year that the central green area would be the land that was going to be handed back to the council, ( on completion of the site ), as was the land on phase 1 where the pool is hopefully going to be built. So, who knows what the council will eventually do with it? Apparently, all builders have to give back an area of the site to the council by law.
Lets just hope they landscape and plant it as beautifully as they have on phase 1.
We have just returned from visiting the site, and building is well under way on phase 2, with promises from Helder that the properties will be ready almost on time.

Hi Carol
Good news that manzana 8 will be ready in about a years time, only 6 months late on my contract but thats not too bad for Spain.
I asked my solicitor to check with Taray about the 45 low income properties that will be built. Taray informed him that the information is not reliable.  
Who and what do we believe?
If it is 4/5 years away, plenty time for Taray and the council to change their minds several times.

You just have to laugh,don't you?
Taray say the information is not reliable, but yet it is their on-site representative that is relaying the information to clients !
I don't think it's the kind of information that would be fabricated in order to increase sales !
Could everybody who visits the site, please enquire about this and let us know.
