Builder's supply of water and electricity

I was told last week that Interlaken is no longer offering a 6% G-Rental, has anyone heard this and the comercial centre is no longer going ahead, can anyone confirm this/

 

 

PM 4 president had a meeting with Casares town hall in september 2007 who confirmed that no plans had been submitted by Interlarken or anyone else for the commerical centre. The land is designated for commercial use but no plans have ever been submitted and this was confirmed by the mayor and chief planning officer  - yes it a big con . I witnessed the sales man for casreas del sol suites selling or trying to sell the suites and talking about the commerical centre - I advised him  insept 2007 that there was no intention by interlarken to build a commerical centre - he did not reply!

It is a designated commercial area and based on past history I do not see there being any problem when planning permission is requested.  Don't know if it will even be Interlaken that ultimately builds the centre. 

The "designer commercial" area just up the road went ahead well and as planned.

Unfortunately however, I do believe the rental guarantee is no more.

Thanks for this Brutus.  Do you have any more information on the Casareas Golf Gardens Commercial Centre plans or do you know where I can find out?  I am out there next week.

I spoke with CDS laywer last week and promised me information regarding the g.r which he thinks its 3% now, he has not come back to me with any more information since. The management company for the running of the suites is not  yet sorted also he tells me, I told him I not completing until all this is sorted before NORTARY day. He also confirmed completion is this April!

 

I plan to visit the site next week.
