Please note the actual apartment size you will get will be smaller than advertised in the literature.
I was sold on casares del sol by Jan who is now the Casares del sol suites sales person . I recently asked him about the apartment sizes on CDSS and whether the size quoted inthe literature includeded an element of community space undeclared in the sales literature and he comfirmed the sizes did.
So you are being duped in exactly the same way as CDS purchasers with regards to the size of the apartment. Please check your contract and look out for the clause that states the apartment included an element of community space . Your contract should have been provided with a scaled drawing of your apartment .You must get your solicitor to officially check the drawing to scale. You will find that all of a sudden your apartment is not as big as expected. We lost 14m2 in our apartment. We had it offically measured and it turned out to be 64ms instead of 81ms squared we thought we had bought . Jan had written on my original deposit contract and I actually got him to write 81m2 of liviing space, strange he failed to mention that I had also purchased 14ms of community space. I talked to jan at some length about the apartment size - I \spent soem 2 hours with him onthe day I purchsed the apartment some 3 years ago. And still the same thing goes on.
We bought the apartment to enjoy ut I did expect to get what we paid for. We were promised 7 pools an indoor pool a sports complex ,a gated community etc.Lush tropical gardens and luxury apartment much of this has failed to materliase . However one thing can be said that the people who have bought on CDS are great and supportive to each other and are determind to get the site looking fab.
Just make sure to know what you are getting yourself into . It will give you more leverge when you also come to snagging etc.
You will also be part of the casares community .The CDS development is split into 4 communities and your is the 5th and will be known as PM5. We will all sit under a macro community and will need to work together on the servicing of the roads street lights etc. You are really the final phase in the development and we are really in this together for the long haul.
