We have just completed on Fase 1, and have also sold another property near Mazarron, for the transactions and all our legal work we have used Jackie Galvez in the Puerto, most of the background work is carried out by Tracey in the office, this was all done very efficiently with email updates as required.

We have also instructed Tracey to complete our Spanish Tax returns for this year, whilst if you are a first time buyer in Spain, this will not be required for another year, but with all spanish taxes etc, its far better to be up to date than face fines for non or late payment.

Everything to date has gone smoothly with no hiccups from Jackie Galvez office, infact they made arrangements and were quite firm with Atlantia when required.

Like many I value my holiday time and do not wish to spend time in queues trying to get the correct forms etc. and we are not yet fluent in Spanish

We have dealt with this office for 4 years now and received most impressive service, email is by far the best communication method,           jackiegalvez@telefonica.net

They are situated in the Mercadona square (includes uppers and upper home) in the Puerto, next to the cafe on the corner opposite Mercadona.

Hi Guys,

A very useful post, thanks.  We will definately check these guys out for tax returns as this is a very grey area us.  We comleted on Phase 1 in August and used 'Property Solutions' for the legal work.  They are situated opposite the main post office and are fantastic.  As with you, Atlantia were as ever less than professional and tried to move our completion date back twice even though we had gone to Spain specifically to sign the documents.  'Property Solutions' sorted all this out and still stuck to thier original quoted price of 600 euros.

We are going out for Christmas and are really excited about finally getting the apartment dressed with soft furnishings and lamps etc.  I believe they have broken ground on phase 4 since we were last there so I imagine our solerium will be under about two inches of dust again...Oh well, one day the building will end and then I think we will all be glad we stuck with it.  It really is a magical location.

Kind Regards

Keith
