During our visit 1st - 15th Sept, we walked around phase 3.

Some appartments were occupied and in use, as were the associated pool areas. There was some work contuing on walls and fencing in places. There were a number of vans outside fase 3 during the weekdays so possibly some internal work is continuing ?

The Villas were well behind the apartments in terms of progress, the external rendering has only just started.

Fase 4, up the hill behind Fase 1 & 3 is progressing with the concrete 'skeltons'  being  constructed. I understand that these are scheduled to be completed in summer 2009. It will be good to reach a stage where the diggers and concrete lorries are no longer required

Atlantia appears to be one of the few building sites in the area where work is progressing.

I received the following text from my good lady who is on Mojon this week.

1. at 8.00 am Monday 19th - 'Back in Digger world'
2. 20th at 8.00 am ' 4 diggers working and concrete laying taking place on the rest of fase 4'

I think that it is still quiet noisey, which is a bit of a shame as the holiday season is fast approaching. I do not think that i would currently pay good money to rent on Mojon

In terms of letting, I would suggest that you put yourself in the position of a tenant and ask yourself whether you would be prepared to pay top wack rental to holiday on a building site ?

To date access routes are restricted due to the the work on the different fases and diggers have been operating on fase 4. its not necessarily the most relaxing place to be at the moment

Am I correct in assuming that the service charges would :

1. be subject to IVA @16%,

2. excluded any utility bills i.e water and electricity.

3. be in addition to any council Taxes due on the property, if this is the case do you have any idea on the proposed council taxes for properties on the development ?

 4. Rollandsbb makes a comment that ownership costs would be £1000pa, is this incluive of everything ??
