we have rodas furniture package in our 2 bed penthouse in phase 2.

phase 3 pack will probably be the same.

it seems eos want to edit any post which includes posters website address's in it.

when i post i am not just blatantly posting a comercial post , its merely that there is alot of relevant information on my site which shows pictures and ifon on roda golf and surounding area.

we have all went to alot of work making these websites and indeed comunicating on here and helping eos at the same time become the source of information it now is, but eos seem to want to edit us all the time.

we are all in the same boat here ie;

we have all purchased in the same resort and we all want as much info as possible as we are excited at the prospect of having property here. so its natural to want to look at other websites regading roda - if even to get ideas for our own.

do we really need to send private messages each time we want to view one anothers websites?

First time posting a message. Have found the message board very useful. so here goes............

Just had the call from Celia that our apartment in Block 72, phase 3a will be complete on 11 Feb. At last!! Would be interested to hear about the standard of finish in other phase 3A properties completed earlier, how snagging is being dealt with by Roda and other useful tips. How flexible are Roda when pushed about delaying the completion date until the majority of snagging is complete?

We are considering employing a snagging company. Feedback on your experience with the likes of Inspecta homes and Hola Life(also advertised on eos) would also be useful.
